  Money Back Guarantee

If an item is received defective or damaged, New York Inkjet, LLC will refund 100% of the charge for the product, provided a return request is made within 30 days of receipt of the order. However, if the incorrect item was ordered or customer has changed their mind regarding an order, a restocking fee will apply. A restocking fee of 15% will apply plus the cost of shipping will apply. Customer may use it’s own carrier to return merchandise that is in a resalable condition. All consumable and/or medical items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Special order items and / or custom products are not returnable with New York Inkjet,LLC. New York Inkjet, LLC will advise you if this applies if you contact Customer Service (800) 699-6292 or sales@newyorkinkjet.com, before purchase or when you request a return. What is our return policy?
New York Inkjet, LLC offers a 30-day money back guarantee for merchandise subject to manufacturer and/or New York Inkjet, LLC restrictions. After 30 days, all return requests must be made with the product manufacturer of the item ordered. Due to New York Inkjet, LLC’s policy, any claims made after 30 days of receipt of order cannot be honored, however we will gladly provide manufacturer contact information if necessary. Returns must be 100% INTACT, in original packaging with the UPC or bar code CLEARLY VISIBLE. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and /OR accessories must also be included. Please be advised all merchandise returned to our warehouse in a non-restockable condition, will not be eligible for postage of full credit to that account. To have a return processed for your order, please contact our Customer Service Department (800)-699-6292 or sales@newyorkinkjet.com Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST with the following information:

1. Original order number
2. Item being returned and quantity
3. Reason for return
4. Your name and daytime phone number
5. Your e-mail address
6. Please also advise us as to whether or not you would like your merchandise reshipped or credit posted to your account

All returns require that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be issued by our Customer Service Department (800)-699-6292 or sales@newyorkinkjet.com. Return numbers must be written clearly on the outside of all returned packages (Not on manufacturer packaging). All Packages returned without return numbers will be refused and returned to sender. Please allow 15-25 business days for return processing and credit postage to your account. New York Inkjet, LLC will apply full refund of the original purchase price of the item if received back in the condition the order was delivered. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted for returns due to customer error. Some items that are deemed customer error will be the customers' responsibility to return after receiving the RMA number and provided return address. Please be advised all returns may be subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees are determined based upon the condition of returned merchandise, the original freight, and the cost of item pickup. Special order items, dated goods and / or custom products are not returnable with New York Inkjet, LLC

Hardware and Software Return Policy
Only defective software can be returned. The return MUST take place within 30 days of invoice date and may only be replaced for the same software title. Defective software will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product if customer wishes to receive replacement item. Please remember to back up all of your data before installing any new software, or peripherals. New York Inkjet is not responsible for any lost data. Opened laser, inkjet printers and / or fax machines may be exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date for the same item only. No refunds are available for these items if opened. Hardware and software returns must be returned to New York Inkjet, LLC at customer’s expense to our tech warehouse. Special order items and / or custom products are not returnable with New York Inkjet, LLC. This information will be provided to customer once return request has been made.

Compatible Ink/Toner Supplies Return Policy
New York Inkjet, LLC warrants our compatible imaging supplies to be free from defects in both material and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of one year, or until the toner or ink is depleted, whichever occurs first. At our option, New York Inkjet, LLC will replace the item and/or refund the full purchase price of any item found to be unsatisfactory, for any reason, by our customer.

In addition, we further warrant that our products will not cause damage, deterioration or abnormal wear in any compatible machine for which it was originally designed. This warranty covers all equipment used within the manufacturer’s specifications and does not include acts of God or nature.


  If a defect in any New York Inkjet, LLC product is found to be the sole cause of damage to any equipment, New York Inkjet, LLC will reimburse the customer for a complete repair. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing New York Inkjet, LLC with satisfactory evidence that said damage was due to a defect in an New York Inkjet, LLC product. All claims must be accompanied with an invoice from the authorized service company that performed the repair. The invoice must clearly indicate the specifics of said repair along with contact information of the field service technician that was dispatched.

  Return of the defective product is required and must be clearly marked with an official New York Inkjet, LLC issued RMA on the outside of the package. Any sign of tampering with the product by non-New York Inkjet, LLC personnel will void this warranty.

New York Inkjet, LLC's liability shall be limited to repair, replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied.

What is our policy against defective products?
If your product is defective in any way, please contact our Customer Service Department (800)-699-6292 or sales@newyorkinkjet.com so that we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please fill in the form with all requested order information.

Exchange Policy
New York Inkjet, LLC will gladly offer an exchange for any items received damaged or defective provided request is made within 30 days of receipt of order. Due to New York Inkjet, LLC policy, any claims made after 30 days of receipt of order cannot be honored by New York Inkjet, LLC. Special order items and / or custom products are not returnable with New York Inkjet, LLC
