New York Inkjet, LLC services
RFQs , and extends flexible
payment options to our corporate
clients, including Net Terms
(Net 30 days). Corporate
customers can, after initial
set-up, call in their credit
information for each purchase.
Since we are PCI compliant we do
not store CVV numbers (three
digit number on back of the
card) from credit cards, neither
is it saved in our billing
system. Although inconvenient in
some cases, it helps to protect
our customer’s privacy in all
cases. All Corporate purchases
are automatically taxed if
shipment is made anywhere in the
State of New York. Exceptions
are made to non-for profit
companies that fax, mail or
email a NY State Tax Exempt
Certificate.
